4. MISSION STATEMENT Office of Security Mission To continually strengthen OCC’s security posture by providing innovative solutions, analysis, and proven countermeasures that reduce risk and vulnerability while simultaneously increasing resilienceand continuity.

INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM • Treasury Order 105-20 requires the Insider Threat Program to: • “Establish definitional and reporting guidelines to bureaus, offices, and organization to refer relevant insider threat information to the Insider Threat Program.” • The national policy puts the responsibility for the Insider Threat Program at the Departmental level -- Office of Intelligence & Analysis, Office of Counterintelligence
