  2. Double Click on "My Computer" Icon

  3. Double Click on "(H:)" Drive

  4. "File" –"Save As": view of "(H:)" Drive

  5. Select your 'H' drive From here you can create a new folder to save this file or drill (double click) into a current folder to save it there if appropriate. Enter a relevant file name

  6. VisualOrganization of Drive  H:\
