  4. Materials • o       A notebook or folder to keep all returned assignments, notes and labs. • o       Bring a charged computer everyday

  5. Grading • Tests- 50 % Quizzes 25 % Laboratory reports Homework/Classwork-25 % • Total points within a weighted average

  6. How to calculate grades How to calculate your grade: This is an example just plug in your own numbers. 25% -Quiz- if you got 122pts out of a possible 140 pts .87 x .25= .217 25% lab/hw/cw 131/154 .85 x .25 = .212 50% test 129/146 .88 x .50 = .440 .869 x 100 = 86.9 MARKING PERIOD GRADE=87%
