Graduate School Action Items Publication Delay for Theses and Dissertations • Allows • Student to deposit thesis/dissertation to meet degree requirements with publication • TTO office to request delay of publication to file necessary IP documents • Student, up to 2 years, to self-publish.
Recently Approved • Policy: Change of Grade for -798 and -898 course • Allows for I, NP, IP, NR to be changed to S without faculty approval provided thesis/dissertation is deposited and all examinations satisfactorily completed. • U ‘unsatisfactory’ grade must be change by standard process • Policy: Graduate Faculty • Policy: Graduate Student Advisory Committee
