Every state in india has its own regional food like Punjab is famous for their makka ki roti sarso ka saag, rajasthan for dal bati chorma, bihar for litti chokha, Bengal for fish curry, Kashmir for rogan josh . south indian states like kerela, tamilnadu, andhrapradesh, telangana have the different style of cooking and eating habits, where Indian states like Punjab, uttarpradesh, bihar, rajasthan have different cooking and eating habits. This happens because of different climate, culture and soil. Like in rajasthan the temperature is very high also there is a scarcity of water so there is different cooking style and cooking habits.
