Summary • Do 100hrs of the 200 hr programme • 100hrs over 52weeks = 2hrs per week • Local competency programme will meet a significant portion of this i.e. 50-60% • 2-4hrs mentor contact per month will help you to reflect, write action plans and review learning activity progress
