  2. Systemized Approach: Chronic Hepatitis B • Primary care physicians: • Educate via web based program • Screen for new cases of HBV • Refer HBV positive patients: • To GI for therapy prn • To GI for cirrhosis or HCC • To surveillance program

  3. Chronic Hepatitis B -> cont • Gastroenterology: • HBV surveillance program • GI: management of HCC and cirrhosis

  4. Chronic Hepatitis B -> cont • Other Services: • Transplant Center • Radiological Services • Inpatient treatment for those with complications of HCC and cirrhosis
