Two types of Coverage: Gold – 90% of components covered Platinum – 100% of components covered Ensures continued performance from the engine by using genuine parts and service Repairs supported and performed globally by authorised OEM / Perkins network Highly cost effective solution for repairing engines – 1 claim could cover costs What is an ESC? Can be purchased with a new engine, or for engines still covered by standard warranty It covers the costs of: Replacement parts Repair time labour Repairer travel time and some other sundry costs Perkins promises to pay for specified repairs of product failure, due to defects in materials or faulty workmanship, during the terms of the contract Can be purchased right up to last day of standard warranty Extended Service Contracts (ESC’s)
