Course Overview … • Physical mechanisms of semiconductor devices • Theoretical and practical approaches to model the operation of semiconductor devices • Diodes, FETs and op amps as basic blocks for building analog and digital integrated circuits • Analytical and computer based techniques for the systematic analysis and design of electronic circuits and systems
