  7. Add new file The user selects Add from the Content options

  8. Select SharePoint File Picker Select SharePoint from the left hand side. This can be changed to match the institution name of their SharePoint environment.

  9. Navigate and pick the required file Select the file they want. predefined SharePoint document libraries can be set by the Moodle admin or a new navigation feature will be available The User selects the file they require.

  10. Document is now available in the Moodle repository.

  11. When user select the file the document is loaded from SharePoint

Key Features • The documents are stored in SharePoint • If the SharePoint file is updated, the file is updated in Moodle. • The file is never uploaded to Moodle, it is linked to SharePoint. • Users can edit the file using the check out features in SharePoint while students still view the currently available file. • SharePoint files can be made available offline using SharePoint workspaces allowing staff to edit files at home and then upload changes when online.
