  2. Greenosonic Foundation, a registered Indian NGO specializes in the art of healthy living and the science of eco-friendly construction in residential and industrial areas. We promote everything that would make our Mother Earth happy, green and ever more flourishing with positivity. Some of these solutions include Rain Water Harvesting, utilization of Solar and Hybrid Energy and efficient Waste Management.Lata Jha, is the founder President of Greenosonic Foundation, has vast experience of social work through Rotaty Club and Inner Wheel Club as President. She has a strong business insight; being Consultant of Interior Designing, Vastushastra and Green Building. After getting trained in Green Building she found that there is a need to educate and make people aware of the term “Green”, which deals with reducing burden on natural resourcesand fossil fuels.There is a need to reconstruct the harmony and sync between nature and the advanced lifestyle people have adopted over a period. She has prepared a module for rural areas as 'Model Green Village' to make villages water secured through Rain Water Harvesting, electrically secured providing Solar and hybrid energy, Zero Waste generation through proper segregation and recycling of Waste. She has designed the same awareness program and sustainable solutions for Urban Residential, Commercial and Industrial zones also. Projects done: • Debut with 10,000 Mega Tree Plantation project - On 16th Sept 2012, Greenosonic Foundation left its first mark on the sand, by undertaking a highly ambitious project of planting a record number of 10,000 saplings in Varegaon, Karjat. • Participation in Exhibition Organized by RaigadZillaParishad : Department of Agriculture: Project II - Date 19 and 20 January 2013, Location- Mahad. Where we promoted Awareness campaign on ‘Green Initiative’ on converting villages into ‘Model Green Village’. • Village Survey of Group Gram Panchayat – Chambarli (4 villages) under scheme ‘ParyavaranSantulitSamrudhh Gram Yojana’ - The survey was conducted on what all public facilities are available to maintain clean and healthy environment in each village. To find means to tackle environment related problemsalong with solutions provided to the concerned authorities. • Village Survey of Group Gram Panchayat – Wadgaon (5 villages) under scheme ‘ParyavaranSantulitSamrudhh Gram Yojana’ - The survey was conducted on what all public facilities are available to maintain clean and healthy environment in each village. To find means to tackle environment related problems along with solutions provided to the concerned authorities. • Woman’s Day Project : IV – 8th, March, 2013. Woman’s Day. Seminar organized on Micro Credit through Self Help Group in Dharavi in association with MaulanaAbulKalam Azad Educational Trust. Beneficiary: 200 needy females invited by the MaulanaAbulKalam Azad Educational Trust. • On the occasion of International Environment Day 5th June 2013 – conducted Awareness about ‘Rain Water Harvesting’, ‘Solid Waste Management’ and ‘Solar Electrification’ with Gram Sabha of Pali – Raigad and Khalapur. • Awarness on OWC with RaigadZillaParisha officials – We educated the RaigadZillaParishad officials about the hazards of waste and gave them solutions regarding the same. We showed them the working of the OWC machine, which gives out dry organic compost in just 12 days to start with, after the 1st period of 12 days cycle, it then gives out dry organic compost everyday. • On the occasion of ‘International Environment Day’ – Awareness program to save environment and apply Green Technologies. 35 Gramseveks attended the workshop who will spread this knowledge further and suggest ZilaParishad to implement the Green Systems in the villages. • Clothes donation from our International patrons for 450 children as a part of our “Recycle & Reuse theme”. WASTE MANAGEMENT Current global MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) generation levels are approximately 1.3 billion tons per year, and are expected to increase to approximately 2.2 billion tons per year by 2025. This represents a significant increase in per capita waste generation rates, from 1.2 to 1.42 kg per person per day in the next fifteen years. Urban India generates 188,500 tons per day (68.8 million tons per year) of municipal solid waste (MSW) at a per capita waste generation rate of 500 grams/person/day.   12. Introduction:GARBAGE TO GREEN KWIK COMPOSTER is a fully automatic Bio-Mechanical Composter. It converts organic waste added to the machine into nitrogen rich compost by reducing its volume to almost 80-90% of the original.The process of composting with GARBAGE TO GREEN KWIK COMPOSTER is very simple.Deposit organic waste at inlet of the machine along with 10% carbonaceous material and 0.1 % composting culture.Mixing, curing is automatically done by the machine.Compost keeps collecting in a bag at the rear of the machine.Remove the compost bag when it is full and attach another bag.Component Supplies for all Models:Fully automatic continuous composting machine Garbage to Green Kwik Composter model 1000 & Model 2000 with composting capacity of 500kgs & 2000 kgs/ day.Suitable Exhaust Blower with Activated Carbon Filter.Panel Board.Manual of Operations LataJha - greenosonic@gmail.com
