BACKGROUND • His Majesty the King of the Zulus announced during uMkhosi woKweshwama that he is reviving the circumcision practice as an endeavor to strengthen the HIV prevention. • The Department of Health has integrated MMC as one of the strategies to strengthen HIV prevention in the province.
