KTIP & the MSD Strategic Addendum (MSDSA) • Need • Improved support for new MSD interns • Challenge • New MSD teachers had fewer supports during first year of teaching • KTIP not as aligned to MSD teachers unique responsibilities • Solution • Create a modified version of the KTIP document for MSD teachers taking into account their unique needs
