  3. Last Year’s Vision: • Implement change • Establish better rapport with our offenders • Use evidence based practices to guide our operational procedures

  4. This is what we have done • Implemented Post Conviction Risk Assessment (PCRA) • Started STARR Training • Reduced revocation rate
