Challenges are manifold, but our long lasting experience is useful in overcoming these hurdles and efficiently performing our job. • Understanding international partners’ requirement; Finding good suppliers, checking supplier’s credentials, quality analysis, to name a few, form an important part of our task-list. • Auditing new supplier’s plant, offices and quality control systems. • Arranging technical information like specification, CoA etc. Arranging samples. • Arranging technical information like specifications, CoA etc., arranging samples. • Doing commercial negotiations on the buyer's behalf. • Pre / post shipments follow up work includes ensuring timely shipment, arranging shipping documents etc. • Assisting with matters like shortage claims, quality claims, shipment / documentation delay and other disputes among the trading parties. • Keeping our partners informed of products of which India shows strong availability and price trends. • Coordinating between Indian producers and our partners to reach and other certifications like Kosher, Halal, HACCP, GMP, Pharmacopeia etc. • Keeping Indian manufacturers informed about trends, pricing, demand through its partner network. • Planning partners’ visits to India and accompanying them to offices, factories and warehouses even in the remotest parts of India.
