  5. Comfort isn’t the same for everyone

  6. Change the environment to be more hospitable

  7. Headache day or ?? • Dim lights • Music? • Loud speaker • Strobes • Reclining • Water • Food

  8. Different language or disability? • Shouting? • Handwriting • Pictures • Gestures • Expecting 100% understanding?

  9. Anxiety/PTSD/etc/etc/etc • Location, location, location • Hyper vigilant – who else is hyper vigilant? • Smells • Extra people • Listening • Phones/distractions
