Dry year conditions on Russian River effective February 1 • SCWA calls for 30% to 50% water use reductions this summer • Water shortage emergency declared by NMWD, VOM and Santa Rosa • 1st stage restrictions enacted by NMWD, VOM, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Cotati & Windsor • Governor declares State of Emergency due to drought

  3. Normal year conditions on RR effective March 1 • Sonoma-Marin Saving Water Partnership MOU executed by all contractors • Waiting for April 1 classification • SCWA will request interim relief from in-stream flow requirements • April 6 Water Advisory Committee meeting to address possible reduced diversions • Predict minimum 10% reduction from last year
