“ PDN/SDN Feature What’s PDN/SDN ? DN (Directory Number) means Extension number. - It must be assigned to all Extensions. PDN (Primary DN) and SDN (Secondary DN) - PDN keys We can assign Max. 8 PDN keys on an Extension. We can handle Max. 8 calls at the same time on the extension. - SDN keys We can assign Max. 8 Exts for each PDN owner. Monitoring/Pickup the other Extension and Ringing Transfer, Delayed Ring are possible.
