Camels Camels have a great strategy for surviving in the desert . Camels are able to avoid predators because of the arid places that they live in. For food camels are omnivores. They can withstand a great amount of hydration. They can eat vegetation, meat or bone salty or sweet . A camels stomach has no limit.
