The topic I have chosen would be The history of football receivers • I have been interested in researching this topic because it’s my favorite sport and I love football and it has always been my favorite sport. Now I want to search more for it
My interest in this topic • My interest in football is the same as my special topic because when people bring it up, they talk about things that they don’t know what they are talking about. Some do and some don’t.
I feel satisfied searching this • I feel satisfied because I am able to show people what I know about football. I can teach them about more things then they know. I am also can learn more from the teachings that I have already know
The post I have picked in the past • 1:The history of the NFL(best wide receiver in history) • 2:My favorite video game • 3:Best book • 4:Favorite summer vacation • 5:Best scary movie
The best wide receiver is dez Bryant • Desmond "Dez" Bryant (born November 4, 1988)[1] is an American football wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Oklahoma State University, and earned All-American honors. He was chosen by the Dallas Cowboys number 24 overall in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
Dez Bryant post#1 • Dez is 25 years old and still the best on the team. He has been injured but still fit and could play . He has been playing for years and hasn’t given up on his team. He has been ranked number 35 on the NFL on the top 100 players of 2013.
Dez Bryant post #2 He has been to Oklahoma state college. He played football all his life and he was managed to be announced to enter the 2010 NFL Draft. Bryant was signed by the Cowboys to a contract very similar to that of Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin (five years, $12.05 million, roughly $8.4 million guaranteed) on July 22, 2010.[15] On July 23, 2010, it was announced that Bryant will wear number 88, the same as Hall of Famer Michael Irvin, and Cowboys legend Drew Pearson. On October 17, 2010, Bryant caught his first NFL touchdown catch, on a 31-yard pass from Tony Romo. The Cowboys ended up losing that game 24-21.
Dez Bryant #3 • Bryant started the first game of the 2011 season against the New York Jets where he had 3 receptions for 71 yards and a touchdown. Dallas lost the game.[Bryant missed the second game of the 2011 season against the San Francisco 49ers due to injury as the Cowboys won their game in overtime. Bryant started his second game of the season against the division rivals and previously undefeated Washington Redskins on a Monday Night Football game. Playing injured, Bryant managed 4 receptions for 63 yards in that game helping his team to a win.
Dez Bryant #4 • The offseason started with Bryant being charged with misdemeanor family violence because of an incident with his mother. Although with class A misdemeanor domestic violence charges, Bryant was not suspended by the NFL (National Football League) for such actions against his biological mother. He received no penalties nor a fine and was able to continue in football actions. In September and October he was being criticized for dropping balls, fumbles or running poor routes, but he started to live up to his potential in a week 8 game against the New York Giants, almost coming up with a last minute hail mary touchdown (it was reversed because his hand was ruled out of bounds). That performance was the start of a break out season, that was worthy of Pro Bowl consideration.
Dez Bryant #5 • The offseason started with Bryant being charged with misdemeanor family violence because of an incident with his mother.
Dez Bryant #6 • Bryant finished the 2012 season with 92 receptions for 1,382 yards (15 yards-per-catch average) and 12 touchdowns; these ranked 10th, 6th and 3rd respectively among all receivers.Hesuffered from several injuries throughout the second half of the season. He injured his finger in early December, opting to play through the injury for the duration of the season, saying that opponents would "have to break my leg to keep me out." [23] He left in the fourth quarter of the final game of the season against the Washington Redskins with a back injury. Head Coach Jason Garrett stated after the game that Dez "could barely walk," with the injury.
I would like to continue this in the future • Since I have seen this I had gotten my questions answered and able to tell the people I know who is really the best wide receiver.
My essential question was… • My question was “who was the best wide receiver out of all football teams” It was answered because Dez was the best and another was the best but I chose dez so I'm glad I'm have my questions answered.
Who did your topic affect? • My topic will affect football fan. They would be able to go on goggle and find out who is actually the best wide receiver. Maybe people wouldn't argue who is the best in NFL history.
Is this different than who you originally thought it would affect? • Yes because I thought it would affect people but it would affect the world around me so we could have peace in football history. That way people would fight when they see someone with different opinions who is the best.
Was this research difficult? • No. It wasn’t because I was able to search his history of his life and history. I am able to learn and now people are able to learn too about Bryant.
