Technical Tasks VA D2D Architecture Status : • Technical analysis for documents 21-22, 674 and 686c are completed • Technical analysis for documents 21-0781 and 21-8940 have been initiated • VSO D2D technical requirements sessions were held June 12th and June 18th • D2D Requirements Lockdown held June 27th • Transmission of sample data tested successfully using Mock Service and migrated to Gold Test Environment • Planning for mock testing for Pilot VSO commenced Jan 2012 Finalize D2D Phase 1 Architecture Feb 2013 D2D Phase 1 Development work started April 2013 VSO Onboarding started June 2013 VSO/Vendor Requirements October 11 2012 Industry Day Nov 2012 Started Requirements

  4. Business Tasks VSO D2D Onboarding Status: • Pilot group finalized VSO and VA MOU and DTA (Memorandum of Understanding and Data Transfer Agreement ) • D2D Onboarding Documents in final stages of approval • The final DTA and MOU to be posted to VACI web site

  5. Next Steps Technical Tasks • Complete connection testing for Pilot VSO Business • Complete 21-0781 and 21-8940 requirements
