Overview • President Barack Obama called for an end to North Korea's "belligerent approach", but said the United States will take all necessary steps to protect its people and meet its obligations to allies in the region. Meanwhile it was also officially revealed that the Pentagon believes the rogue nation likely has nuclear-capable missiles.

Details • North Korea is a Communist State that established a formal declaration on September 9th of 1948 • The D.P.R.K. is capable of creating nuclear weapons, and are believed to have them according to the U.S. Intelligence Agency • The D.P.R.K.’s major export is science and technology regarding nuclear testing in which they send to Syria and Iran

Peculiar Objects • Something I’ve found interesting about this topic was the fact North Korea nearly does not export anything at all, making them economically weak to their biggest enemy and to their greatest ally. • The D.P.R.K.’s holidays, each and every one of them have to do with Kim II-Sung, Kim Jong-Il, or now even Kim Jong-Un. • North Korea has a good relationship with many Islamic nations and Dennis Rodman

  6. ??? • Why is North Korea sore at the U.S., South Korea, and Japan? • Is North Korea capable of launching ballistic missiles? • How did Dennis Rodman even get involved in kimJong-Un’s life?

Why is North Korea sore at the U.S., South Korea, and Japan? • North Korea doesn’t like the U.S. because of it’s involvement in the Korean War (1950-1953) • South Korea is sore at South Korea because, simply, different ideas, one is Communist and the other Capitalist. • Imperial Japan’s subjugation of the Koreas has ruined all hopes of future relations

  8. Is North Korea capable of launching ballistic missiles? • According to the American Intelligence Agency, we do not know. They so far only claim to have the technology to create a nuclear weapon small enough to be used for long-range attacks. Although all of their tests so far have failed.

  9. How did Dennis Rodman even get involved in kimJong-Un’s life? • Dennis Rodman is a former NBA Star who told Kim Jong-Un that he has “a friend for life”, he recently traveled to North Korea and was embraced by their young leader. Kim Jong-Un is a well-known advocate of the NBA.
