Measures done in Heiniöjärvi improved the water course and the environment - oxygen situation improved - fish population changed - possibilities for recreation were improved - aquatic vegetation changed - transparency was improved - amount of silt in the bottom decreased 1.People learned to know each others better. Co-operation. 2.Only one permission needed for fishing. 3.The value of the real estates by the shore raised.
