  3. Diploma Requirements • Overview • The aim of this course is to provide attendees with a good knowledge to carry out SBEM Level 3 Assessments. & • To verify the competence and suitability of attendees to become SBEM Level 3 surveyors.

Diploma Requirements • Course Structure • Day 1 • Portfolio Requirements EPC. • Work as an energy assessor in a safe effective and professional manner. • Prepare to undertake energy assessments of non-dwellings to produce EPC’s. • Building Geometry, Construction Types and Fabric. • Complexity – Identifying SBEM level • Building Usage and Types – Justifying selections • Building Fabric & Construction Types

  9. Diploma Requirements • ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Non Domestic Energy Assessment • National Occupational Standard Units 1, 2. • ABBE Examination - 45 minutes - 30 questions - Driving Test Centre • Portfolio of Evidence - Including 3 EPCs
