  3. Project Purpose • Rehabilitate and widen • Improve direct connectivity to three municipal parks • Include ADA accessible sidewalks • Roadway lighting, storm improvements, and intersection improvements

  4. Safety Considerations North Market St. Lincoln Hwy Bronson St. • The road does not allow sufficient movement of vehicular traffic with on street parking • Limited pedestrian movement and significant ADA deficiencies • The project will provide safe connections to the rest of the City
