  1. K-Vision Video Requirements/Rubrics • Here you will find a list of each assignment and their due dates. • You will see the criteria for every assignment and how it will be graded. • You and your partner must hit every due date or your segment will not be aired. • I will announce the new K-Vision episode every Wednesday that will be aired the following week. • You will have an entire week plus a weekend to complete your video. You will have already done all the pre-planning for this episode so this should be easy. • You might need to plan to stay after school or come early during the week you are airing your segment to make sure you meet your deadline. Tutoring will be offered everyday before and after school. • Deadline for the K-Vision will be every Wednesday of the week you are airing your video.

K-Vision Segment Outline & RaftDue Wednesday (Formative Grade) Requirements- • Projected Air Date- worth 10pts • Topic of Segment- worth 10pts • Raft Outline (see next page) worth 30pts • 10 Quality Questions you will either ask in an interview or research for your topic. worth 40pts • Must be in complete Sentences! worth 5pts • Must have MLA Format Heading! worth 5pts • 1 per group will be turned in with both partner’s names.

Where is your topic taking place/ interview? Why is this topic important? How will this topic benefit KMS by airing on K-Vision? Important Info/Background Info about topic: Quotes from Interview: Least Important Info

K-Vision Segment ProposalDue Friday (Summative Grade) Requirements- • Projected Air Date- worth 5pts • Topic of Segment- worth 5pts • Length of Segment- worth 5pts • Target Audience- worth 5pts • 5 W’s- worth 10pts • Who?Where?Why?What?When? • Guests for the Segment/Research Sites- worth 5pts • Time and place Segment will be filmed- worth 5pts • Actual Script- worth 50pts • Introduction- Must introduce the topic and give brief background and reason for report. (Pull the audience into the show- You lose the audience after 10 seconds! How will you keep them interested?) • Body- Must see 10 questions from your interview and important information such as 5 W’s of report • Closing- Wrap up the report. • Must be in complete Sentences!worth 5pts • Must have MLA Format Heading! worth 5pts • 1 per group will be turned in with both partner’s names.
