OANA ANDRON – VI D & her mother LAURA Preparation • Cut the pork into thin slices. • Stir fry the mushrooms and lay them on the sliced pork with salt, pepper, cheese, sausages and red pepper. • Roll and tie it up. Put the roll in a tray with sliced onion and tomatoes juice. • Bake for one hour.
