Control or concern? Which circle are you focussing on? The circle you focus on will grow.
Reactive & proactive The reactiveperson focuses on the circle of concern. The proactiveperson focuses on the circle of control. The reactiveperson tends to lay blameon others. The proactiveperson tends to take responsibility.
