  2. The Basics • Your student will attend two Encore courses each semester and Physical Education all school year • Students are required to dress out and participate every class period in P.E. • Students are required to take Computer Applications during their time at Lakeview • Band, Orchestra, and Choir can be taken year round both 7th and 8th grade • Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) and Art can be taken in both 7th and 8th grade

  3. Fine Arts • Speech and Publications • Ms. Leah Panther • Check your email for directions to access the class websites • Art • Ms. Carolyn Mimbs and Mrs. Kelsey Jury • $10 supply fee due by check (made out to LMS) or cash in a marked envelope due at this time

  4. Fine Arts • 7th grade beginning orchestra and 8th grade intermediate orchestra • Mrs. Diane Markley • Students who are using a school owned instrument owe a $100.00 instrumental usage fee for the school year.  Payments  and/or communication regarding a payment plan are due by Friday, September 6th.  • All orchestra parents please meet Mrs. Markley in room 143 following this presentation

  5. Fine Arts • Band • Dr. Craig Miller and Mr. Charlie Boyd • Students who are using a school owned instrument owe a $150.00 instrumental usage fee for the school year. Percussionist a $100.00 usage fee for the school year. Payments  and/or communication regarding a payment plan are due by October 1st • Beginners Band parents please meet in room 145 following this presentation • Choir • Mr. Brian Bellof • All current choir families should have received information and a choir calendar. Reminders and update will be sent via email and notes home."
