STATE SHARE IN PSC’S AND GEPETROL ASSETS GEPetrol • The State participation at the beginning was from 0 to 5% • With GEPetrol the state participation interest in PC’s is between 20 to 58.40%. • On May this year, GEPetrol bought Ocean Equatorial Guinea assets with a value of 2.2 billion USD paid by the Government from Equatorial Guinea State Treasury.
