Basic Concept of the Fund • A Fundraising and management mechanism to implement projects in East Jerusalem. • Invest / partner with local investors and owners of feasible projects. • Will enable diversification of investment (size, sector, & location). • Participants are expected to gain above average returns on investment
Fund Structure • Offshore registration with corporate governance. • Fund size: US$100 million; 25% already committed by sponsor • International legal, tax, and financial advisors and auditors. • Exit strategy in 5 years (minimum) to 12 years (maximum) • An investment process based on experience and integrity. • Financial commitment: payments to be made upon demand, as projects are approved for investment.
