EDUCATION OF UNTRIED PRISONERS • Individual form – study of literature from a prison library or professional literature • Participation in short-term group educational acitivities (lectures) • An untried prisoner is obliged to receive a parcel with study materials • Compulsory school attendance for juveniles

  4. EDUCATION OF SENTENCED PRISONERS • A setenced prisoner is enabled to obtain elementary, secondary education or to participate in other educational forms which enable him/her to improve his/her working qualification. • An illiterate prisoner is enabled to take part in the courses for illiterate persons.
