CHALLENCHES BEFOR PROFESSIONALIZATION • The recruiting activity is not accepted as a strategic one; • Absence of coordination between efforts of specialized bodies in charge of professionalization; • Absence of basic documents and programs connected with the process; • The recruiting campaigns are not attractive enough; • A lot of social problems expect their solution; • New promotion system should be developedetc.

CONCLUSION The professionalization of the BAF needs to be supported by regular scientific researches, which will speed up the process and will make it more effective and easier. The number and the range of these researches must extend after total professionalization of the AF next year because it is not a single act but a long process and many new questions will appear and will expect their answers ahead.
