  5. Jesup Status There are five phases to the TMDL program: • Phase 1 - Initial monitoring • Phase 2 – Verified listing • Phase 3 - TMDL development • Phase 4 - Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) – Current Jesup Status • Phase 5 - Implementation

  10. Jesup Status Concerns expressed in letter to FDEP: • 141 lbs of 1980’s era ponds not receiving credit • Flexibility of Orange County resolving the remaining reductions needed
