My name is Brooke Lofts and I would like to tell you about my journey over the past twenty years. My journey started at North Geelong High School in 1992. I completed year ten at Nelson Park School in 1997.

  1. My name is Brooke Lofts and I would like to tell you about my journey over the past twenty years My journey started at North Geelong High School in 1992

  2. I completed year ten at Nelson Park School in 1997

  3. After I finished at Nelson Park School I went to Encompass Community Services and joined the Futures for Young Adults Program OSaaT

  4. The Team from Futures This the Support Team from when I started at OSaaT in 2000

  5. In between participating in the Futures Program I assisted in opportunity shops, a childcare centre, helped out in a restaurant and food cooperative. Encompassed in my Futures Program I was able to access training in Certificates I and 2 Work Education, Certificate 2 Hospitality and First Aid.

  6. In 2002 I started working in my part-time job at Deakin University General Store Waurn Ponds campus.

  7. Some of my duties are stock replenishing, merchandising and cleaning. I like working in the shop.

  8. In 2007 I started work experience as a facing stock assistant at Safeway Bell Post Hill Geelong. In 2009 I commenced permanent part-time employment

  9. I like baby sitting my nephew and three nieces

  10. I love travelling and over the past ten years I have been on a number of trips. I have been to America where I visited Universal Studio’s and Disneyland. I have recently visited New Zealand.

  11. Off to a Flying Start. This is from my trip to New Zealand. This was pretty cool. Look at me flying!!!

  12. Flying high its a bit scary!!!!!!!!!

  13. Doing a bit a shopping Shopping in New Zealand with my friend Simone.

  14. Some of New Zealand’s hotspots Rotorua with all its hot springs, hot mud pools and geysers.

  15. Beautiful Lake Rotorua.

  16. Waiting for the bus to take us to….. Our next adventure

  17. Riding in the cable car at Rotorua. It was fun taking us up the mountain.

  18. This is me with best friend Sam

  19. Back home On the bus on my way back to the airport to fly home to Australia

  20. I have also been on many day tours and respite trips with my OSaaT friends such as Philip Island, Queensland and Apollo Bay,

  22. My turn to do the dirty dishes, great just what I wanted……

  23. Feeding the birds in Apollo Bay There weren’t that many Rosellas about

  24. There are many things I want to do in the future. I would like to travel to England, Tasmania and Thailand. One day I will visit these places My name is Brooke Lofts and I thank you for listening to my story.
