  1. Chuck Perrin of TulsaAcquired Natural Gas Wells in 2003 In April of 2002, Chuck Perrin of Tulsa and his investment firm Rockford Energy Partners, LLC acquired natural gas wells and reserves in northeast Oklahoma from EEC Energy Corp. Perrin wouldn’t disclose the amount his group paid for the natural resources, but at the time it was his company’s third major acquisition of natural gas resources in the first ten months of the company’s existence. The acquisition included over 300 coal bed methane gas wells, 120,000 acres of oil and gas leases, heavy equipment including two drilling rigs and completion rig, and 180 miles of pipeline and compressor stations. Chuck Perrin of Tulsa started Rockford Energy Partners when he partnered with Quantum Energy Partners of Houston.

  2. Chuck Perrin of TulsaSapient Energy Corp Chuck Perrin of Tulsa took his friendship with some of the executives of Sapient Energy Corp. to the next level over a decade ago when he and Robert Von Rhee and Susan Keary went in with some others to form Rockford Energy Inc. Rockford was formed with a $15 million dollar investment from Quantum Energy Partners, which is based in Houston, and an undisclosed investment by Perrin. Von Rhee and Perrin worked together at Sapient Energy Corp., which was purchased by Chesapeake Energy Corp. in December of 2001. Quantum is a private equity firm, and Rockford is an investment group primarily focused on developing and exploiting the natural gas leases in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. Chuck Perrin of Tulsa has always been a consummate professional, and has committed himself to constantly improve his skills. As a result, his business sense has made him successful in the field.

  3. Chuck Perrin of TulsaFormed Rockford Energy Partners Chuck Perrin of Tulsa formed Rockford Energy Partners with an investment from Quantum Energy Partners, a private investment corporation based in Houston. Rockford concentrates on acquiring, exploiting, and producing oil and natural gas properties in the Mid-Continental region, primarily in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. Rockford began a decade ago and focused on acquiring long-life reserves. Rockford preferred to purchase operated assets where the company can apply its considerable technical abilities to enhance production and profits. What he means is that he is not the sole decision maker. Rather, he is the voice and representative of the customers, consumers, and the employees.

  4. Chuck Perrin of TulsaFounder of Rockford Energy Partners Chuck Perrin of Tulsa founded Rockford Energy Partners in 2002. In 2005, the company renamed itself Rockford Energy Partners II. In both iterations, the company invests in the drilling of oil and natural gas in the Mid-Continent area of the United States, primarily in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. The company, like Perrin, is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Perrin, along with Jean J. Antonides, Tommy Boullt, and Susan Keary, head the investment group. Rockford Energy Partners has been around for over a decade, and it continues to expand its operations throughout the region, adding jobs and opportunities for energy professionals in Texas and Oklahoma. Chuck Perrin of Tulsa says that businesses walk a fine line between setting trends, and following them. He says that there is no more rapid way to failure than having to follow the lead of another business within the same industry.
