  2. Mission Statement With our beautiful beach location on the Gulf of Mexico and our desire to create memorable experiences, our mission as a coastal hotel is to offer many fun activities which create a life time of memories and provide great customer service to our guests.

Staff • Surf Instructor • Instruct, supervise and keep records for a variety of surfing classes.  • reparation includes lesson planning, equipment inspection.  • Instruction involves both land and water lectures, demonstration and skill practice. • Two years minimum requirement in surf experience • CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certified • Fishing Instructor/Guide • Snorkeling Guide • Boat/Jet ski/Kayak/Sail Boat Renter/Maintenance • Rent out and keep track of rented boats, jet skis, kayaks, and sail boats • Provide routine maintenance on all boats • Be sure all gas tanks are filled with proper amounts for guests rental. • Lifeguard (Beach & Pool) • Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of those using the swimming pools/beach. • Observe swimmers and enforce regulations in the guarding of life and the prevention of accidents • To rescue persons in distress or in danger of drowning when indicated and provide rescue breathing, CPR and First Aid. • Character (Frosty, Santa, Easter Bunny) • Dressing in proper attire for the holiday or event • Taking pictures with guests • Playing the role of the character • Dolphin Trainer • Responsible for the daily care, feeding, cleaning and maintenance of animals. • Develops and trains animal behaviors and provides assistance in swimming with guests and dolphin interaction. • An apprenticeship period of at least a year is required for all trainer positions, even with previous experience. • Strong swimming skills, CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification. • Water/Beach Photographer • Take professional photos of guests with dolphins, snorkeling, jet skiing, fishing, playing volleyball, or any other activities. • Sell photos for keepsakes to guests.

  6. Calendar of Events All events are intended for all ages unless otherwise noted and are subject to change at anytime. January:-Winter Wonderland -Family Workshop: Snowflakes (from 9am-3pm every Saturday this month, come on down to the restaurant to make Holiday crafts and have a chance to meet Frosty the Snowman and the elves. Open for any ages. $15 per child. -Candy Bar Bingo! Every Friday night starting at 7pm. One bar of candy gets you one playing card. Bring as many bars as you’d like for as many cards as you’d like. This is event you don’t want to miss! February:-Family Workshop: Valentines (from 9am-3pm every Saturday this month, come on down to the restaurant to make your special valentines for that special someone. $10 per child. You won’t want to miss our Rockin Valentines Pool Party on Valentines Day Weekend. Free and good for all ages and families. Pool party starts at 2pm and rocks all the way till 8pm. Make sure to bring your towel and a bit of your loveable wild side! Candy Bar Bingo! Every Friday night starting at 7pm. One bar of candy gets you one playing card. Bring as many bars as you’d like for as many cards as you’d like. This is event you don’t want to miss!

  7. March and April:“Jump into Spring” -”Jump into Spring” with our Spring celebrations, held on every Saturday in March and April. Festivities begin at 12am and include family fun activities and a DJ. The Festival is held out on the main grass area next to the pool. Don’t be square be there.

  8. April: Everyone is invited on Easter weekend for a number of activities. On the first two Saturday’s of April, we will hold a Easter Egg Coloring Contest! $10 to enroll and all proceeds will benefit the Charity “Christmas in April.” Event is held in the restaurant and there will also be a live appearance by the Easter bunny. Be sure not to miss it! Church services for Easter weekend will be provided in the Ballroom. Service starts at 9am. Please see front desk for any changes that may occur. Candy Bar Bingo! Every Friday night starting at 7pm. One bar of candy gets you one playing card. Bring as many bars as you’d like for as many cards as you’d like. This is event you don’t want to miss!

  9. May-July:Be sure not to miss our Fun in the Sun beach parties! Free to all guests of all ages and will have a DJ or live band and plenty of fun by the pool. Make sure to grab your swimsuit and get ready to celebrate the hot weather! Party starts at 5pm. Candy Bar Bingo! Every Friday night starting at 7pm. One bar of candy gets you one playing card. Bring as many bars as you’d like for as many cards as you’d like. This is event you don’t want to miss! July:-We will host our special 4th of July Pool party on the 4th at 6pm. This will include a live band and a dazzling firework show at the end of the night starting at 9pm.

  10. August and September:-The night time will come alive with Sunset nights by the pool every Saturday in August and September starting at 8pm. Come on by to watch a movie on our giant screen on the grass by the pool. Towels and chairs will be provided. There will be a campfire for roasting marshmallows so bring a smile and grab a seat by the fire . Movie itinerary will be provided and posted at the front desk. Candy Bar Bingo! Every Friday night starting at 7pm. One bar of candy gets you one playing card. Bring as many bars as you’d like for as many cards as you’d like. This is event you don’t want to miss!

  11. October:-Make sure to travel with your costume this month as we will be having trick-or-treat party throughout the resort starting at 6pm every Saturday night in October. There will also be a movie and campfire for roasting marshmallows right after trick-or-treating starting at 8pm. Be sure not to miss this safe and fun experience! Candy Bar Bingo! Every Friday night starting at 7pm. One bar of candy gets you one playing card. Bring as many bars as you’d like for as many cards as you’d like. This is event you don’t want to miss! Our annual pumpkin carving contest will be held the last Saturday of October and is only $15 to enter. Prize may vary but there will be a first, second, and third place for different categories. Categories and prizes will be announced at a later date.

  12. November:-Family Workshop: In the restaurant, every Saturday from 9am-3pm, get ready for some gobble gobble fun. We will be making hand turkeys! Be sure to bring your creative ideas. $10 per child. Candy Bar Bingo! Every Friday night starting at 7pm. One bar of candy gets you one playing card. Bring as many bars as you’d like for as many cards as you’d like. This is event you don’t want to miss!

  13. December:-Come on out to the winter wonderland of lights. The resort will be elaborately decorated with synchronized lights to music throughout the resort. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during December, Santa and his elves will be out for a meet and greet starting at 1pm. Make sure to stop by and let Santa know what it is you’d like for Christmas this year!

  14. Recreation Activities Boat and Jet Ski Rentals • Rent one of the newest Sea-Doo’s available! All you need is your license and to sign a waver and you can keep up with the dolphins.1 hour - $602 hours - $1103 hours - $140 • Hop on one of our two person sailboats, and hit the high speeds of the tide!1 hour - $402 hours - $703 hours - $100 • Wake up and have a relaxing day on the water on the gulf’s flat scenic waters with our kayak rentals!1 hour - $202 hours - $30 Surf Lessons • Catch some rays on the beach and some waves with our amazing surf lessons (surfboard included) • Enjoy individual lessons or with family/friends (1-6 people) 1 hour - $40/person 2 hours - $70/person Bicycle Rentals • Ride our bikes around our coast beach trail to enjoy a beautiful scenic tour $6 per hour or $30 a day
