Main Template for inside pages Programme Objectives • Increasing the recognition of childhood asthma in primary care; • Increasing prescribing of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) to children with persistent asthma; • Increasing correct use of ICS by children with persistent asthma; • Increasing provision of self-management education to children with asthma and their families; and • Increasing the knowledge and confidence of children with asthma and their families in managing asthma.
