Learning Objectives • Learn some words for describing someone’s appearance and style. • Identify whether a word is masculine or feminine, and use le/la or un/une correctly with it.
LE / LA THE UN / UNE A DES SOME Think carefully about which one you want to say!
Task 1 Find as many words for different clothes as you can, and write the French and English in the LES VÊTEMENTS box on your sheet. DO NOT write le/la before the words.Instead, use 2 different colours to show which are masculineand which are feminine.

Task 2 Fill in the LES COULEURS box with different colours in French. Colours are adjectives, and some adjectives change if describing a feminine word. Make sure you write down the masculine AND feminine forms of the words.
Task 3 Le Tissu describes what clothes are made from.
