CREATING : HOLDING • Building on the credibility of running long standing CYW courses • Feasibility work and pilot courses • Good dialogue • Identify Opportunities of collaboration across and within in HE /FE • Continue dialogue about current ‘youth’ policy initiatives and core of good practice
RESISTANCE : INTENDING • Develop transparent opportunities for collaboration • Design ways of progressing that are collaborative –time for core staff to work together and refine and review current training courses • Create
