Welcome to AUCSC Test Day!. AUCSC Testing Instructions: T est scores, letters, and certificates will available through a link on AUCSC’s web site (www.aucsc.com). Testing Information will NOT be emailed to you. Please fill out your Scantron answer sheet as instructed.

AUCSC Testing Instructions: • Test scores, letters, and certificates will available through a link on AUCSC’s web site (www.aucsc.com). • Testing Information will NOT be emailed to you. • Please fill out your Scantron answer sheet as instructed. • Your Test ID Number is the four-digit number provided to you at the start of the testing period (on a 3" x 4" card with the AUCSC logo). KEEP THIS NUMBER! You need it to retrieve your test score. • Make sure to write your Last Name and Test ID Number on your test cover sheet. • You will be told when to start your test. • Each question has only one correct answer. Questions that are not answered or have multiple marks will be counted as incorrect. • You have two hours to complete your test.
Filling Out Your Answer Sheet: • Use a No. 2 pencil. • Do not use a pen! • Completely darken the answer ovals on the Scantron answer sheet. • To change an answer, completely erase your previous answer. Improperly erased answers maycause a test question to be graded incorrectly. • Before starting your test, fill out the required fields on your Scantron answer sheet (so we know who you are!)
The required fields are: • LAST NAME (the leftmost name field) • FIRST NAME • Fill out your first name only in the “First Name” field! • In the example to the left, notice how “JEFF” starts just to the right of the line dividing “First Name” and “Last Name.” • CODES • This is the “Exam Key" number printed on every page of your test. • Fill in the Code number from the left, leaving the last column blank. • TEST ID NUMBER • This is the four-digit number provided to you at the start of the testing period. (on a 3" x 4" card with the AUCSC logo). • Fill in the Test ID numberfrom the left. Do NOT put blanks between the numbers! • KEEP YOUR TEST ID NUMBER! You need it to retrieve your test score. • Write your Test ID Number on your test cover sheet!
Filling Out Your Answer Sheet: • Please refer to the illustration to the left for an example of a correctly completed Scantron answer sheet. • The fields for “Date of Birth" and “Grade” do not need to be completed (The “X” marks on the example indicate which fields do not need to be completed; please do not make “X” marks on your answer sheet).
Retrieving Your Results and Printing Your Testing Documents: • When test results become available, a notification will be posted on AUCSC’s website. • Go to www.aucsc.comand click on the “Online Grades Click Here” link. • You will be redirected to a page where you may log into the test results retrieval system. • At the prompt, please enter: • Your Login ID, which is your Test ID Number (four-digit number on the 3" x 4" card with the AUCSC logo) • The first three letters of your last name. • Example: If your name is “Jeff Brown” and your Test ID Number is 1955, enter “1955bro.” • If your Login ID is recognized, the results screen will appear. • If your Login ID is not recognized, you may re-enter it and try again. • If you continue to experience problems, you may call the phone number or write to the email address shown on the screen.
Retrieving Your Results and Printing Your Testing Documents (cont’d): • The Results Screen contains information about your testing performance. • To obtain your results, you must fill out some additional information: • First name and Last name (Middle Initial is optional). • This information will be pre-filled with the corresponding information from your Scantron answer sheet. • Please make any necessary corrections to this information. • Phone Number • Email address • You will be asked to enter this twice to assure accuracy. • Your supervisor’s email address (optional). • If you do not enter your supervisor’s email address, your supervisor will not receive a notification of your testing results. • Your supervisor’s First and Last names (optional) • Comments (optional) • If you wish to include a message about your testing experience, please enter it in the “Comments” box.
Retrieving Your Results and Printing Your Testing Documents (cont’d): • If you need to obtain information, such as your supervisor’s email address, click the “Cancel” button and return to the Results page at a later time. • You (and your supervisor if you included his/her contact information) will receive an email to acknowledge your completion of your AUCSC test. • If you passed the test, you will also receive a printable certificate.
