  2. Purpose • This referral was prompted by last minute requests for including additional documents in applicants RTP packages from DRTP to URTP

  3. Discussion • Committee reviewed CBA article 15, Appendix 16 and 10 for compliance. • Request to add new documents may be initiated at any level subject to some restrictions. • RTP has a calendar that must be observed • Addition of new restrictions will not address the problem

  4. Recommendation • FA does not recommend any changes to section 305 of the university manual.
