Consequently, this balance which is relevant for assessing the impact is not given sufficient attention in the proposals.” • „Big networks tended to be rather general whereas small network addressed very specific areas for the international research staff exchange. Information was often missing on the relevance for different partners. The “Guide” should advise applicants to explain the expected broader impact, and impact for different partners.”
