  2. The Benefits of BPAs The GSA 541 Advertising and Integrated Marketing Schedule (AIMS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) offers a simplified method of filling recurring needs that also enables you to enjoy quantity discounts, save administrative time and reduce paperwork.

  3. Simplify Ordering Process a BPA once and then use it as needs occur — and you can order as little, as much and as often as you want. You are not restricted by any dollar limitations and a BPA can be set up for use by field offices across the nation.

Save Money After 10 years of processing individual RFQs and awards, one of our federal clients established a BPA with HORNE in 2006 and — in addition to all of the time and paperwork — has saved tens of thousands of dollars annually. BPAs are awarded based on period of performance of the base GSA Schedule Contract.
