Rezzonico et al. – Fig. S2 Figure S2.MAUVE alignment of the Erwinia amylovora plasmids pEU30 (strain UTRJ2), pEA72 (strain Ea 273) and the Erwinia tasmaniensis plasmid pET46. Both high similarity around the origin region as well as distribution pattern of CRISPR proto-spacers along the plasmid sequences (see Fig. 5) suggest a common lineage for these mobile elements in Erwinia spp.
