  2. Von Weber was born in Eutin Holstein, Germany His parents were Franz Anton Von Weber and Genovefa Brenner.

  3. Think back to your 11th birthday. What were you doing? Maybe having a birthday party, Celebrating with family and friends? Carl Maria Von Weber was creating his first Composition!

  4. Carl Maria Von Weber… Von Weber wasn’t able to walk until the age of four This is because he had a Congenital Disease of the hip. He was able to play the piano and sing all before he could Walk.

  5. Von Weber Became a very popular composer. The dream of being a composer was very hard for Von Weber growing they were constantly moving. On March 13,1798 Genovefa died due to tuberculosis That same year Von Weber went to study with Michael Haydn in Salzburg. Michael Hadyn

  6. 1798-Carl Maria Von Weber’s composition Six Fughetta’s for piano created! He also wrote his first Opera. Die Macht Der Liebe Und Des Weins 1800- Von Weber wrote many more Opera’s being only 14 Years old! He also became a critic writing articles in the Paper. In 1803 Von Weber created an opera That gave him is first success as a Composer the opera’s name was Peter Schmoll und seine Nachbarn (Peter Schmoll and his Neighbors)

Abbé Vogler was so impressed with Von Weber’s Achievement He recommended him to the Post Of Directors From 1807 to 1810 he held a post at the court of the “Duke Of Wurttemberg.” His time at the Breslau was further complicated One night he accidently Ingested engraver’s acid that His father had stored in a wine bottle. Von Weber Was ill for two months and he Permanently lost his Singing voice.

  8. Carl Maria Von Weber’s life wasn’t always easy. He left The Breslau In a fit of frustration After He was Arrested for debt and Fraud he was expelled from Wurttemberg. He was also involved in many more scandals Through-out all of the trouble he got into he still remained Successful as a Composer and he went on to write religious music.
