  6. Program Concept • Build accountability for performance through one on one coaching—around agreed results • Focusing on mindset, models, systems, and more.. • Accountability to: • Yourself • Other participants • Your coach

  7. Details • Weekly one on one coaching in the Market Center • Weekly small group topic-driven sessions in the Market Center; 12 sessions in 12 weeks • Weekly “call the coach” time blocks to use as needed (text or email time request in advance)

  8. “Specials” • One webinar per month featuring special KW guest on their favorite teaching and coaching topics! • Mega Agents, Owners, Other Top Coaches from across “united nations of KW” universe

  9. Time and Money • Initial cycle paid from Market Center’s share of first three closings. • Coach’s commitment to agent through 3 closings. • Future cycles will be paid at least in part by the agent.

  10. “Ignite” Plug • Next cycle launch/re-launch course starts late July • Watch mykwaz.com for details • 3-4 top local names you know will join me to teach • Mid week days (T-Th) for 6 weeks, ending before Labor Day weekend
