How is this working for you? 1) I meet regularly with the SCR (weekly?)2) I've reviewed our online reports and SAR3) I've "drilled down" the data (with the SCR) and have identified areas for further study4) together with the SCR we have a plan and a focus of goals for our Hospital5) I've presented the reports, SAR and the focus for improvement to all effected surgeons6) together with your SCR, Admin & QI "action teams" have been formed. The "action teams" are the people at "point of care" - including the surgeons, etc7) I follow the progress of the action teams and give updates to all surgeons8) I troubleshoot any barriers that the medical staff raise.
