  3. Corresponding angles • The angles correspond to their position in the name: Pentagon ABCDE Pentagon ROUGH angle B matches up with angle O angle A matches up with angle R angle E matches up with angle H angle D matches up with angle G angle C matches up with angle U

  4. Corresponding sides • The sides correspond to their position in the name: Hexagon ASDFGH Hexagon ZXCVBN side AS and side ZX side CV and side DF side HA and side NZ

  5. Polygon congruence postulate Two polygons are congruent iff there is a correspondence between their angles and sides such that: Each pair of corresponding angles are congruent Each pair of corresponding sides are congruent
