  2. MATH ON MONDAYSEvery 2nd Monday 3:30 – 5:00 @ Baldwin DELTA Center April 12th – Mental Math *Teachers receive a book with mental math warm-ups. May 10th - Mountain Math *Teachers receive a math bulletin board kit with daily math warm-ups.

Saturday Math Content Workshops • For K-7 Teachers • Different Topics • University Credit Option • $150 Implementation Stipend UPCOMING SATURDAY WORKSHOPS – @ LDG Office (Baldwin) 8-3 March 20th –Graphing Calculators April 17th – Geometry and Solid Figures May 15th – Statistics, Data & Probability

  6. UCLA MATH CONTENT COURSES(Tuition waivers end in June) • For K-12 teachers wanting a supplementary math credential • UCLA college level math credit available • Number Power 2 begins March 29th @ Crenshaw High (10 weeks 4-8) • Other courses available at other locations

  7. Textbook Orders • K-2 consumable textbooks need to be ordered : Scott Foresman Sales Rep. Tracey Morris (800) 354-6611 x 6356 • Books for other grade levels ordered to cover shortages only • Fiscal Shortfalls need to be communicated to budgeting department • Coaches should have submitted numbers (can bring numbers to Thursday’s meeting)
